1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using SwiftCover ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

SwiftCover is an AI-powered cover letter and resume tailoring app that helps job seekers create personalised application materials. The App uses artificial intelligence to produce draft letters and tailored resumes based on information you provide.

3. User accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use SwiftCover. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use SwiftCover only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or defamatory
• Circumvent subscription limits or payment mechanisms

5. AI-generated content

Cover letters and resumes generated by SwiftCover are produced by AI and are provided as drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to a prospective employer. SwiftCover does not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of generated content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Free tier — limited generations per account.
• Premium — unlimited generations, billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase via the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to the App Store or Google Play refund policies.

7. Intellectual property

SwiftCover and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Codevin Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the cover letters and resumes you generate.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

SwiftCover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftCover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SwiftCover at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
